Tickets return:<\/strong><\/p>

<\/strong><\/p>

    1. a) a ticket purchased for an upcoming event cannot be returned.<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol>

      <\/strong><\/p>

      <\/strong><\/p>

        1. b) a ticket purchased for an event that has been postponed (in terms of date and\/or time) or has had a change of venue or a change of guests (withdrawal of a guest from those originally announced) may be returned under the following conditions:<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol>

          <\/strong><\/p>

          <\/strong><\/p>

          E-ticket: (tickets paid online and received via e-mail) a return request will be sent to the e-mail address\u00a0office@clustertec.ro<\/a>the e-ticket will be refunded to the account from which it was paid within 14 working days AFTER the event takes place.<\/strong><\/p>

          <\/strong><\/p>

            1. c) a ticket purchased for an event that has been cancelled may be returned under the following conditions:<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol>

              – E-ticket: (bilete achitate online si primite via e-mail)\u00a0 se va trimite o solicitare de retur pe adresa de e-mail\u00a0office@clustertec.ro<\/a>, contravaloarea e-ticket-ului se va restitui \u00een contul din care a fost achitat \u00een termen de 14 zile lucr\u0103toare de la data primirii solicit\u0103rii de retur.<\/strong><\/p>
